- Director of Environmental Health Engineering Department (Semnan University of Medical Sciences) from 2001 to 2006 and from 2011 to 2014

- Vice Chancellor for Research, School of Health (Semnan University of Medical Sciences) from 2011 to October 2017

- Vice Chancellor of the School of Paramedical Sciences (Babol University of Medical Sciences) since March 2017

Special conditions of the dean:

 1- A member of the faculty with the academic rank of at least assistant professor;

 2- Having at least 5 years of service in universities and institutes of higher education, research and technology with a doctorate degree;

 3- Having an educational and professional degree or practical experience in the desired field.

 Note: In exceptional circumstances, having the rank of instructor is sufficient for the head of the schools.

Duties and powers of the dean of the faculty:

 1- Establishing work discipline and providing appropriate interaction between students, professors and staff in different units of the faculty / research institute / school;

 2- Communicating all approvals, regulations and bylaws from the head of the institute to the group managers;

 3- Supervising the proper implementation of the approvals that are communicated through the head of the institute;

 4- Creating coordination in educational and research, administrative, financial and cultural affairs of the faculty / research institute / academy;

 5- Supervising the proper execution of educational, research and cultural duties of the faculty members of the faculty / research institute / academy;

 6- Proposing the annual budget of the faculty / research institute / school;

 7- Evaluating the annual work of the faculty and reporting it to the head of the institute;

 8- Examining the qualifications of the deputies of the groups and commenting on them.
